Yes Tony, there's a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room in the fridge to store your food.
There is usually a chance of getting a lift into town if you run out of supplies.
Don't forget to bring warm clothes. You need to be able to dress as if you are going to the snow. Yes, it gets THAT cold. Multiple layers of jumpers and jackets. Track pants and thermal underwear, or proper snow pants. Jeans will NOT keep you warm. Water proof shoes/boots and thick socks. Runners get wet with dew and soon your toes will freeze and fall off.
