I have recently built a 12VDC Distribution Box for my OTA, as to eliminate the cable clutter.
This is a simple device which requires a single input of 12V from a power supply and gives you six outputs at 12VDC.

The device has Red LED's and internal fuses for each output giving you peace of mind if an equipment malfunction or power surge occurs. The LED's are very dim so they will not interfere with your imaging equipment or bother other observers at star parties.
The fuses are all accessible from the back of the unit so there is no need to dismantle the box and it accepts 5x20 mm fuses.

The connectors used are all high quality Neutrik and Switchcraft connectors which are lockable so they won’t pop out by accident as seen on the images provided.

This power box gives you the ability of having only one power cable going to your OTA, so no more cable clutter and no more cables getting caught on gear while slewing.

The picture is exactly what you will receive when purchased, excluding the lighter off-course.
Buyer will be responsible for terminating their own cables as it’s too difficult to determine what lengths people will require.

The main power in cable should be rated for at least 20A, whereas the output cables can be rated much lower. Not that you will ever draw 20A from this thing anyways.

I am seeking expression of interest at the moment, so I am looking at least 10 orders before I start building them. These components are fairly pricy at a small unit rate so to try and bring the cost down for you I need volume.

Just be aware that I manufacture these myself so the lead time on these might be a while, but it all depends how much interest I get from the astro community.
