Jupiter in good seeing, April 19
Seeing was very good this morning, I was still capturing data up until
10 minutes before sunrise. For the last few captures I was manually
guiding as my tracking software had shut down - the sky background was
too bright for it :-) Colour balancing was a bit more interesting than
usual as a result...
This image is the second-last one from the session, 15 minutes before
sunrise. The grs is well placed and some interesting things are going on
in the neb, particularly the large white and red spots. There's also a
prominent whitish zone close to the south pole (bottom), I'm not sure
I've seen it this wide before.
