It is a shame that all these Eta Carinae images keep popping up. I am almost ashamed to post one, there are so many.
I have been working on this one for a while, it is about 4.4 hrs worth.
17x450sec Lum, 9x300sec each RGB. QHY9, Megrez 110, EQ6 Pro, MaxIm guide, capture, calibrate & align. DSS for stacking and PS CS3 for final processing. Some cropping at the edges for frame misalignment.
I think the focus is a bit soft and the stars are ugly, so it will probably get a repo at some stage.
