Took a little 2 day break down to Busselton Wednesday and Thursday if you can call 2 arguing children a break
Anyway managed to get a couple of hours although intended 4 hours until the battery went flat in the camera
I am still working on the images to improve contrast although the picture ISO400 10mins x 8 images were unbelievably noisy so Registax mutilated the image a lot lower in contrast to reduce the noise.
Good test for my new Tripod
I am going to have another go with the camera this Saturday at ASWA DSO at Bakers Hill and maybe shorten the duration of the image but get more of them. Goning to try an new timer as well.
Any opinions greatly appreciated. Will be continuing with manipulating this image later hopefully with the weather getting funny over the next week could be a good opportunity to do more mucking around.
