Ps : Way off topic here.. but im throwin it in... What would you recommend doing in order to beef up the forearms... im in the gym 4~5 days a week, everything seems to be going fairly well, but my forearms are too small for my biceps/triceps... I look disproportionate and it drives me nuts...
I know! post me your camera/scope, I'll lift it a few hundred times and see how I go.... (more fun lifting that than 175kg stones...
