Not sure if you've seen inside, but lots of the wood came from the olf Busselton Jetty, so its worn in a particular fashion.
It does have one thing in its favor...you can build above the second bedroom/garage...that would offer an amazing view of the valley's dog-leg. 200k and it's more than an outstanding house.
A driveway from hell tho! How on earth you could get a removalist truck in there is beyond me. And you'd need a quadbike for wheelie bins.
