What software are you using for capturing data, and the Offset/Gain you're using?
I can see some scan lines apparent in the Omega shot. Also some elongation in the corners which most likely means you may need a flattener for the GSO.
But congrats; you'll love the new CCD, and you won't need to stress about wasting time taking darks. All processing practice, and equipment checks from here on in
