Hi David...those pic you posted are of around 12-21Mb's each.
Can you convert them to smaller jpgs? I know they loose some quality but ATM I think most people won't want download multiple large data files.
I'm interested in your results.
Maybe you took your pics with the camera at a higher temperature? Maybe try at night when the camera is cooler?
I had a quick look & your sensor does appear noisy even at ISO400.
