Thanks Anthony, I really appreciate that comming from you. I finished processing my Pic and I spent a lot of time looking at it side by side with your last awsome Saturn pic. I was pleased that they had simularities (like a monkey and a human both have two legs). I am trying to get the best out of the equipment that I have so far and I am learning so much about the post processing. Your right that the focus is the key and I use a bahtinov mask to get the focus as close as i can at the start of the imaging. I feel that i need to refocus as i change the filters (RGB etc.) but I don't have the hang of that yet. This means that i generally have a sharp red, a reasonable green but a soft blue focus. Any tricks that anyone has for this would be a godsend?
Thanks also to Matt and Clayton for the nice comments.
all the best
