Still hoping for the 12/13th
It's too far out for SkippySky yet. The other 28-day forecasts say 75% chance of rain though. Fingers crossed.
There may be a wet-weather project for us though.
On Sunday next I'm going to inspect the observatory that Jeanette's ex is giving away. We have jeanette's blessing to take it if we can use it. So there is a possibility of having a 4 metre dome to set up.
I attach a photo I have concocted from the image Jeanette posted recently in these forums - showing the dome and walls separate. Thanks to Pint, I have "rejoined" them to get a sense of the size of the beast.
Another photo of the shed - we've gone solar since any of you were here!.
