Arp's ideas are still being investigated by
many. Mainstream remains without a coherent explanation for these
quasar properties.
Zwicky's hypothetical "dark matter" ideas are widely accepted. This inferred dark matter and energy is now claimed to make up 96% of our universe, of which by it's inferred nature can never be directly observed.
