Yeah thanks wasyoungonce, that's the plan. I'm going to start off with something that is pretty easy to locate in the sky...like the moon.

I pulled the cover off the SPC900nc yesterday, screwed out the lens and screwed in my adaptor + blocker. I was quite impressed with the build quality of the aluminium adaptor.

Installed a cam program on my laptop last night and downloaded the win7 drivers. I'm just about ready to start. :0)
