Two images of Mars from the 15/16th Oct
The weather has been kind in Melbourne over the last week, so here is my latest attempted at imaging Mars. This would be the seventh or eighth attempted so far this year with the Lumenera, my technique is slowly improving.
Both images were taken with the following set up; Lumenera LU075C@30fps, Meade 10” LX200 f10 + 5X Powermate, effective f/ratio of 50, Sirius Optics NIR1. Aligned, stacked, wavelet & gamma processing in Registax 3. Additional processing with AIP4WinV2 & Photoshop.
