Hey Steve,
The system uses a 10mm ball thrust bearing that goes over the bolt once it has protruded the bottom and top base. The pulley then sits on top of the ball thrust bearing.
Camera battery has died so will try and post some close up pics tommorow.
It feels as if the pulley has become "stuck" onto the threads of the protruding screw bolt..
It doesnt appear to be bent in anyway to what Trent had experienced. But I am close to turning green with frustration

But dont want to break it just yet.. not untill I get some expert advise (that's you guys).
