I hate to say it but a fellow IISpacer led me down the garden path on this sale so it is again advertised. I prefer pickup so prospective purchasers can see what they are getting however I am now prepared to ship the telescope at buyers expense.
On very close inspection the objective lens has what appears to be a very tiny spot of fungus which in no ways affects the quality of the image. It looks to be about 2mm dia. and 10mm from the edge of the lense and is most probably on the centre element.
The price remains at $1700 but now includes a WO short Vixen style dovetail plate attached to the tube rings.
