I am still having problems with IP 2.82 and the 350D. I posed the question on the ImagesPlus Yahoo Group and got this answer.......

You need to download a Vista driver for the 350D from Canon. IP 2.8 is not 100% Vista compatible."
I have downloaded all the updates (including vu600en.exe) from Canon and installed them but still cannot get IP to run properly. I have uninstalled IP and all the canon software used regedit to remove all traces of the Canon software and tried again with still no luck. I am not running the 350D through a hub just straight into the PC, I have tried different USB ports and cables and I borrowed an XP laptop from work and installed the software and drivers but no luck (got into a bit of trouble over this because I forgot to uninstall). I am thinking the shredder might have a bit of trouble with the disks
