I've been PM-ed 3 times with the same question. so here is the answer for everybody.
"Where did I get the Saxon Thread to STC Thread converter?"
The answer is, I didn't, I made it by re-cutting the standard STC thread of a Celestron skylight filter to the lightly larger Saxon thread. This is a one off - not available in the shops.
