Now that certain banks charge you for withdrawng from ATMs if you don't bank with them, I'll often get extra cash out in an EFTPOS transaction instead of withdrawing from the ATM as it doesn't cost me a cent. Alternative is to find a credit union friendly ATM which are few and far between
