"Any cash with that?"

It just struck me today, as I went to the dreaded Golden Arches for a quick (breakfast/lunch at 13:45) on my way to a meeting (I was fading quick), how often vendors offer/ask if you want cash with the order you just paid for through EFPOST.
I got me really wondering because I don't get charged any extra, I don't think, for taking the cash out (I'm pretty sure but could be wrong). This might due to the type of banking account i have that allows so many free withdrawals a month perhaps.
How is it to the vendor's advantage then if they're not making some extra profit from me? There has to be an incentive for them to be pushing this offer.
