The utility opens an internet connection, downloads an achive and gives you no say in where it goes (nor info on it) and when Win7 says it can't open the archive, it deletes it and closes the internet connection; and there is no means of browsing to a local file location either. Which browser are you using you can set the download location in the browser if you are using firefox when the download starts it will ask whether you want to open the file or save it to your location of choice.
