G'Day Mike, I'll go against all the other comments. I kinda liked your other images better. To me this image has an air of falseness about it. Dare I say overworked. I have come to expect nebulous areas to have a softness about them due to their composition. Yes I expect detail but not really sharp hard detail.
The detail is magnificent and as a scientific photo could certainly be used to highlight structure but from an aesthetic view point I like your others better. I know you intended to highlight the detailed structure and have done that better than almost all the images I have seen of this area.
