My mount isn't getting any power. And yes the battery pack is charged
So i plug in hand controller and power cable as i usually do. Try turn it on and no power goes to hand controller. The light on the power cable comes on so i'm assuming that's not the problem. Anyone able to help??

Just looking again and there is no power going to mount at all. I bought it 2nd hand but still have the warranty but this is very frustrating. This is the clearest night and my first chance to get out in a few weeks and now this. I want my dob back
