I am thinking of converting a backyard shed into an astro hut so i can leave the Heq5 setup permanently and not have to align all the time. Question is should i start to consider a pier or just run on the tripod? The shed already has a concrete floor but i am unsure of how deep this concrete is, i assume its a pretty ordinary slab not quite the couple of metric tons most people seem to use for a per mount.
