What you had meals and coffee breaks. I go 11 hours before I have any breaks. Wait till you retire and then you will find out what work really is. Up at 5- work on the computer till 9 - into the workshop to try to progress the accumulating machining work- lose the tools you had in your hand 5 minutes ago spend the next hr looking for them and eventually find them right in front of you - do the shopping, washing etc back to the computer- work there till 11 pm - fall into bed. What's insomnia or boredom?
