I like how it refers
the record of wind gusts not related to tornados registered to date is 408 km/h during Tropical Cyclone Olivia in the bold type at the top ... then in the final paragraph it says "Hurricanes, cyclones and typhoons are different terms for the same weather phenomenon"
Sounds awfully related to me.
Anyway ... 408 kph is still an awesome gust whatever caused it
