Its fun isn't it Trev...
With all my cables, doohickies and whatnot it takes me close on an hour to get set up in the back yard.. The amount of times I've gone outside, its clear, I start setting up.
I get very focused on making sure everything is set up precisely as it was last time and I pay no attention to whats going on around me... So I finally finish setting up, I wander inside, grab a victory beer and walk back out to the mount to power everything up.. Look up at the sky... CLOUDS!
Then the Victory beer becomes one of commiseration, as I begin the 30~40 minute tear down procedure.... Again, I get focused and don't see whats going on around me.. I get it packed up, inside where it belongs.. walk back outside for a cigarette "Where did those clouds go?" brilliantly clear sky... After the whole debarcle I rarely have the energy to pull it all out and set it up again.. At that point, I admit defeat, I tell myself that I did not want to stay awake that night anyway, so in my head, it feels like I've won even when I lost, Badly... And after that, I have another victory beer!
