I'm a cat, horse and dog lover, but believe in responsible ownership.
If I had my way there would be compulsory desexing of all domestic animals unless you are a register breeder. We must stop all indiscriminate breeding.
The people too should be made to pass a test, prove that they can be responsible owners.
Wouldn't be a bad idea to make prospective parents take a similar test before being allowed to breed.
