Melbourne has by far the worst climate in the nation, and Skippysky's cloud forecasts are disturbingly accurate (when it predicts clouds, naturally). Not only is it cloudy 100% of the time, but any clear nights, even in mid summer, are unbeleivably cold. Case in point...last week I was out, had to wear a thick woolen jumper to stay comfortable, and the dew was horrendous. To say I hate the weather here with a passion doesn't even come close.... I could write a 10 volume encyclopedia about the disgustingness of the weather here.
I went to Renmark in early Jan and didn't see a single cloud for the entire 5 days...and it was WARM!!!! Try getting warmth and sunshine in Melbourne in summer.....
As soon as I graduate, I'm moving to *anywhere else* in this country.
