I've had a number of concerned PM's regarding this sale, and it appears to be very dodgy and not legitimate.
The OP says he's in Melbourne, but currently is in Darwin, but his IP address lists him in the United States.
I hope noone has paid him any money yet. I've removed his email address from the post above and banned the user.
This a case of buyer beware - if it sounds too good to be true it usually is.
