Personally I reckon drop the Ha from the red blend and just keep HaRGB. The stars seem devoid of colour as Mike suggested. No blue stars showing at all. That is most likely caused by the HaR blend.
Detail is great though and certainly sure with some changes to blends this could be a great image.
