Hi Paul, I have not tried iso 400 with this camera yet. I am fairly happy with the results at iso 800 and I know others with this camera that use iso 800 and get good results. With iso 400 I would need to double the exposure time.
I didn't use any noise reduction in this image, and perhaps should have to smooth it slightly.
