Nice shots. You don't need over the top "wow factor" if you like / know the story behind the pictures yourself. Great snaps for you to remember the trip by.
In regards to "wow factor"
Lake Leschenaultia in Sunset could be enhanced with some careful selective luminance increases in Photoshop. Saturation could be bumped and that yellow sand in the river is just asking to be lightened to become a main feature of the image.
I'll show you what I mean if you like.
