Scott putting an aperture in front of the lens has worked very well in blocking all light not contributing to the image. The faint stuff has come up really well. The faint blue neb name IC 423? at top left is clearly visible. A lot of faint stars also quite visible. The dim dust would be even better from a dark sky site.
