Yes the one sad thing about Avatar is it is just so realistic, that is in 150 years if the human race is still around it will have used up all the resources on Earth, and if Faster than Light (FTL) travel is achieved, they would strip mine other worlds wether there was indigenous life there or not. Money always comes first! So, yes, the plot of Avatar is strikingly real
