Brillant, you just place it in the eyepiece & turn it on.

First thing you see is the laser dot is not center on the Primary & no laser dot on the Bullseye target of the tool.

Simply adjust the secondary to place the laserdot dead center on the primary mirror then adjust the primary to put the laser dot on the bullseye of the tool.


It's done.

I bought it from Alan at "Sky's the limit" in the UK & it cost $40 uk.
Got to get me one of them is $40 Uk about $80 AU sounds so easy when the thought of collimating scares the heck out of me I just practiced on a small 6" and I think I got it right haven't tested it yet will have a look next clear night but with that tool I could collimate ever time I take the scope out
