Basically what I'm saying Ron, is;
You are asking $3k value for a swap.
A 'common' beetle would need to be in absolute pristine, drivable condition to be worth $3k.
On the other hand, a more rare beetle, such as, say a '56 Oval Window model, would be worth $3k in the condition you are describing.
