hmm, that's exactly 98% more clear nights per year than Melbourne. I might put your idea into practice.
I don't like clouds. Period. The only acceptable form of cloud is of the Magellanic variety.
I'd probably like clouds more if I lived in a place which averages more than 1 minute of sunshine per year. The forcast for next Saturday has gone from "sunny" to "partly cloudy, isolated showers clearing"
