Hi,

Well, Ive been interested in Astronomy and science for most of my 24 year life. And I've never watched a Star Trek series or movie before. Ive always considered myself a bit too hip for that stuff. Although, I did watch Star Trek 2009 at the cinema, that was quite entertaining.

Mind you, I do have an older cousin who absolutely loves Star Trek. I believe he has every episode/series, movie etc. He collected the books, the figurines and models. He did heaps and heaps of art, just painting star trek stuff and concepts. He loved it so much he painted a mural down the hallway of the house he lived in, and all the walls and ceiling in his room.

When they tried to sell the house, they say the real estate agents head exploded!

I dont think her head exploded because of the awesomeness...

But, lat's be honest. He likes Star trek so much he covered it for the both of us. And possibly every other living relative as well.

I believe now that he is approaching 30 something he still goes to the conventions in the USA. Every year. For the past 10 years. And probably for the next 10 years as well.
