You've been in the game for so long from the film days where there was no room for mistake. I can't even contemplate or imagine what it would have been like to only have "one chance, one shot" at it. Guiding goes off and your 40min sub would be ruined, correct?
We now live in a digital age where we can shoot, delete, reshoot, edit. You must find this really easy now with all the new gear and automation these days no? Again, terrific shot.
