Trevor, This is a good beginning. As Darren advises, careful focus is important. This can be difficult when the seeing isn't the best, so take your time. There is also some misalignment of the colours (eg in the first image it is Blue at the top and Red at the bottom ) this may be improved or fixed in later processing however, but something is causing it and it is probably better to deal with it at the source if you can.
How are you processing the avi files?? (which software do you use?)
With your scope and Jupiters current apparent size I wouldn't expect 2min captures would be a problem.
You are starting on Jupiter at a difficult time, but if you keep trying, what you learn will really help you in the future
