Second, with Jupiter you should limit your image captures to about 1 minute as the planet rotates that fast, any longer leads to features of the planet to streak, can also make it look like your focus is off.

i try to be more prosise with focussing and limit the time to 1 minute

would feild rotation afect it

because its on an alt az mount?
