Brendon i split the channels and used the red channel only then converted it to greyscale .
Marc thanks i did some processing in pixilinsight and used wavelet transfer to bring the overexposed core down but your right it sortof posterized it.HA is areal learning curve.
The weather has been a shocker for any real astro shots just to hot and moist
