Gooday there young Eric,

Just a thought, when I started doing variable star obs for the AAVSO I accurately calculated the actual field of view of my various eyepieces by timing the drift of a star from edge to edge of the FOV. I then made up cardboard disks for each eyepiece with the hole in the disk being the FOV for the scale of chart I was using. Whether they be AAVSO or Sky Atlas 2000 or The Herald Bobroff Astro Atlas.

You could do the same for your telrad, it would mean having a different disk for each different scaled chart but cardboard is cheap and so long as you mark each disk than there is no problem.

Regards
Trevor
