I would share the sentiment of the repliers to your thread about buying local. Take an hour, but bank on 2 or 3, and see the guys at Bintel. They will chat to you for ages about anything and everything astro hence the time it will take to get from the Shire to Glebe and back. In fact with your culinary skills a visit to the fish markets might also be in order
