So true... But nothing looks as old and haggard as a lizard or snake the day before a shed!
haha poor little fellas.. I usually give my lizards a helping hand when they are shedding... little scratch around the neck and a belly rub to help them out a bit... I've noticed snakes really don't need a hand, and more often than not, really don't want a hand either.. when mine shed they like to be left alone..
