Very pretty bird, good shots considering. Chris - if you haven't tried it already, grab a copy of the basic Neat Image noise reduction software from
www.neatimage.com. Cleans up nice a bit, although it can soften an image or make it look slightly plastickly from time to time (depends on the image in question).
Good shots, especially considering the shutter speed used. I'm surprised at how much noise there was at ISO 800, but I suspect the original was under exposed and you pulled out some data, correct? And these are crops as well?
