The easiest solution for me these days (& I've experimented a lot with the DBK) is to let the camera do the debayering. Sure, you are limited to 30FPS but I've found the results at 30FPS is slightly better than capturing at 60 FPS anyway. I usually get the problem of not being able to load the whole 90 second AVI into registax anyway, so I clone the AVI using Virtualdub & it will usually load straight into Registax with no problems, however it will NOT work for an AVI taken in Y800 & your intention is to debayer in Registax.
