Great rendition of the Horsehead Alan with pleasing detail to boot. The green cast across the image appears to be reducing some of the vibrant colours of the area from coming through. Perhaps try adjusting curves as shown below. Dropping the green channel will darken the image so you'll need to counteract by raising the RGB overall. In the curve below, I've also performed a subtle contrast adjustment to the blue channel, this is simply to taste.
If the reds become too vibrant from the above adjustment, it is possible to wash out detail. To address this you can drop the saturation a little and increase the lightness shown in the second attachment.
