I'm happy to announce the next version of my free and open logging tool called Observation Manager.
With the latest version a lot of new features are introduced such as:

Since 2003 Observation Manager is written in pure Java (Version 1.4 or higher) so it can run on almost every operating system. It's released under the Apache Software Licence 2.0 which makes is open-source and the best:
